What is a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) & Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?
At Carrus Care Keller, we’re dedicated to bridging the gap in mental health treatment for children and teens across North Texas.

Our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs serve youth ages 8–17, offering structured care Monday through Friday. We partner with local school districts to ensure academic continuity while providing individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each teen’s needs.

Participants receive individual, group, and family therapy, guided by a board-certified psychiatrist who leads each teen’s care with compassion and expertise.
​
Our IOP serves as a step-down level of care, helping teens transition smoothly back into school, home, and community life. Through continued therapy, psychiatric oversight, and skill-building, we help teens strengthen their confidence, resilience, and overall well-being.
